Best Beaches and waves around Mule Malu.

Experience the stunning beaches and surf spots of Bali’s South Peninsula! Depending on the season, skill level, and personal preferences, you’ll discover a wide variety of picturesque locations, all featuring crystal-clear waters, white sandy beaches, and excellent waves.

Typically, the Sunset side is ideal during the dry season (May to October), while the Sunrise side shines during the wet season (November to April). Our friendly staff would be more than happy to provide you with the best tips and recommendations to enhance your surfing experience.

Sunset Side

Bingin.

700mt /10-15min walking distance.

It’s our backyard pool, a beautiful white-sandy strip which lays at the bottom of the Bingin cliffs. It is surrounded by a multitude of surfer cafes, beach huts and shady warungs (local’s restaurants) that offer food, drinks and shelter from the sun. It’s home of one of the best waves in Bali. Padang Padang.

1.4 km/15mn walking.

One of Bali’s most famous surf spots, halfway down the flight of stairs you access to a gorgeous fringed beach with fine, white sand, blue waters. Guests favorite. Main peak for expert only but the right hander is perfect for beginners. Highly recommended.

Dreamland.

2Km/25mn walking or a few minutes driving.

Still one of the best beaches in the Bukit, even after high development. It’s a long stretch of white sand secluded by limestone cliffs. Easy access by car or motorbike and great waves for beginners to intermediate level. One of our favourite spot for Sunset view!

Impossibles.

750mt/10min walking distance.

Probably one of the most scenic waves in the word, she can get as big as it comes and still delivery in the small days. As the name suggest is not always makable but if you’re patient you can be rewarded with one of the longest ride of your life. Several access points and secluded beaches accessible only when the tide is low.

Uluwatu.

3.9km/10min driving.|

Suluban beach) is one of Bali’s most unique stretch of coast and one of a kind surf destination. Concealed by natural limestone formations and accessed via steps through the multitude of Warungs and the famous cave. The small beach is accessible just at low tides and a bath in one of the many natural pools worth a visit. One of the best surf spots in the world.

Balangan.

6km/15min drive.

Very popular as well as very scenic, this beautiful beach features a gorgeous half kilometer stretch of golden sand bordered between vegetated limestone cliffs. It’s home of long peeling left-hander break suitable for all levels.

Sunrise side

Nyang Nyang.

Breathtaking and untouched, this beach is our favorite escape from the hustle and bustle. Inquire at the front desk for directions and the optimal times to visit!

Nunggalan.

6.3 km/15min drive + 15min trek to reach the beach.

Most people simply refer to entire stretch of beach as Nyang Nyang Beach but our favourite side is the eastern half part also called Nunggalan. Stunning and wild, it’s our go to beach to relax away from the crowd.

Pandawa & Gunung Pajung.

13Km and about 25min drive.

A kilometer of fine golden sand in the southern part of the Bukit offers picturesque seascapes, calm waters and great surf especially during wet season.

Melasti.

10km /20min drive.

A magnificent beach located at the most southern point of Bali. Enjoy also the scenic drive in between twists and turns through windy roads and limestone cliffs. No surf here.

Green Bowl.

1km or about 20min drive plus 10min walk down to the beach.

One of Bali’s most secluded beaches, it’s a small 30mt coastal strip with coarse white sand. The steep descent and is attracting mainly adventurous weekenders and die-hard surfers favoring its uncrowded waves and exotic location. Better at low tides.
